Two years ago, I attracted an opportunity into my life that forever changed my course. After making what should have been a one-time appearance on 97.1 QMG’s "Afternoon Thang" with Busta Brown, I was invited back to be a reoccurring guest on a new segment named – "Cash Money Tuesday". In addition, I appeared regularly on "Community Focus" with Renee Vaughn, a public-affairs program that offers a wide range of information on local and national issues. I enjoyed working with Renee and Busta, their respective programs gave me a megaphone to achieve my purpose, which is to influence, inspire, and improve upon the lives of others through the effective sharing of my talents, passion, and knowledge. Needless to say, I never considered my role as "work" or having a "job" to complete, and over time I recognized my unique opportunity to make sustainable contributions into the lives of others. Earlier this year, I painfully made the decision to stop appearing on both programs as I carefully explored the course that my life was taking. I want to thank the many of you for sending emails and calling my office to check on me!

I have some exciting news to share with my family, friends, colleagues, and subscribers. I am hosting a new talk show that will elevate the traditional public-affairs discussion – "Cash & Canion". About a year ago, I had the special opportunity to meet my friend and new co-host, Ken Canion, and he impressed me with his passion for people and desire to create lasting change in their lives. Ken is a business owner, political activist, published author, and motivational speaker. Ken and I are polar opposites on every issue from politics to the color of the sky! I promise that we will keep you entertained … Most importantly; "Cash & Canion" will provide expert insight into many of the kitchen table issues that our listeners attack and defend every day.

We record an hour long show weekly, but "Cash & Canion" is currently on in only six markets, but with the work of our producers and the support of our fans … we will be nationwide soon! We recorded the first show this past Saturday and it will air tonight and tomorrow night in select markets.
